Terms of Service

These terms govern use of PYD Store and purchases from Pick Your Designs. By creating an account or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.

Digital products and licenses

Products are licensed, not sold. You may use them only within the license scope shown on the product page. Resale, redistribution, credential sharing, circumvention of licensing, or unauthorized copying is prohibited.

Payments and subscriptions

Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Recurring plans renew automatically until canceled through the Paddle customer portal. Taxes and available payment methods are determined during checkout.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for safeguarding your Google account and activation credentials. We may suspend access where fraud, abuse, chargebacks, piracy or security threats are reasonably suspected.

Updates and support

Updates and support are provided according to the purchased plan. Compatibility may change as third-party platforms evolve.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pick Your Designs is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected product.
